Job summary

Confidential Company is seeking an architect to develop concepts, layouts, and proposals for new and ongoing projects in Qatar. You will prepare mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings, coordinating with clients and consultants to meet goals and codes.

You will work with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, structural, landscape) to integrate solutions, ensure compliance, and refine drawings based on feedback. Stay current with design trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture is required.
• Master’s degree is preferred for advanced roles.
• Minimum 3–5 years in architectural design, GCC experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative architectural concepts and design proposals for projects.
• Prepare concept presentations, mood boards, 3D renderings, and detailed drawings.
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants (MEP, structural, landscape).
• Ensure designs comply with local codes and project standards.
• Review drawings and refine them based on feedback.
• Produce detailed drawings, specifications, schedules, and documents.
• Stay updated on trends, materials, and technologies in architecture.
• Support project submissions to authorities.
• Maintain accuracy, creativity, and quality throughout design phases.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in architectural design (GCC experience an advantage).
• Strong proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, Enscape, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Exceptional creativity with a strong design portfolio.
• Good understanding of building codes, materials, and modern design practices.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to multitask and deliver within deadlines.
• Attention to detail and strong visualization skills.
