Job summary

H’Collective Architecture and Interiors is seeking an Intermediate Design Architect to advance architectural concepts from concept through completion. You will develop design packages under the guidance of senior architects, present ideas, and ensure alignment with client brief and deadlines.

You will work with clients, consultants and internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions using Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite, balancing design quality with project constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural and design experience.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Rhino, Maya and Enscape is an advantage.
• Ability to present architectural concepts clearly and explain design reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to architectural projects through concept design and development under guidance.
• Prepare design proposals and presentation materials.
• Coordinate work with internal teams, consultants and partners.
• Develop and refine options using 3D modeling and visualization tools.
• Support senior architects and mentor junior designers.
• Ensure designs meet project briefs, budgets, and deadlines.
