Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant architectural and design experience with a strong portfolio across building types and scales.
• Ability to present architectural concepts clearly and explain the reasoning behind design decisions.
• Ability to respond to client requirements, budgets, site opportunities and project constraints while maintaining a cohesive design approach.
• Sound understanding of sustainable design and universal design principles.
• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, D5 & Adobe (InDesign, Photoshop); Rhino, Maya & Enscape preferred.
• Strong graphic presentation and visualization skills to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Ability to build productive working relationships with colleagues, clients, consultants and other project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural assignments through all project stages from concept to construction administration.
• Provide strategic design guidance to support planning, production and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants and partners for integrated outcomes.
• Refine design options using 3D modeling and visualization tools.
• Shape proposals and develop presentation strategies to win new opportunities.
• Mentor junior designers and support design leadership on multiple projects.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and reliable delivery.
• Champion collaboration across disciplines to uphold design quality and excellence.
