Job summary

H’Collective Architecture and Interiors is seeking an Intermediate Design Architect to develop architectural concepts and deliver design presentations in Doha, Qatar. Under the guidance of senior architects, you will take ownership of design packages, translate concepts into detailed designs, and coordinate with clients, consultants and internal teams to deliver coordinated solutions.

Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite is required, with a minimum of five years of

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
Minimum 5 years of architectural and design experience.
Ability to translate concepts into detailed architectural designs.
Strong presentation and visualization skills.

Responsibilities

Develop concepts and drive schematic through construction documentation under senior guidance.
Own designated design packages ensuring alignment with brief, quality standards and deadlines.
Coordinate work with internal teams and external consultants.
Develop design options via 3D modeling and visualization using Revit/SketchUp/Enscape.
Prepare design proposals and presentation materials; assist with project interviews.
Mentor junior designers and maintain client relationships.
