Qualifications

• 4-7 years of relevant architectural experience with a professional degree.
• Ability to translate client briefs into compelling design concepts.
• Strong 3D visualization and presentation capabilities.
• Proficiency in Rhino, Revit, AutoCAD Architecture, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and industry standards.
• Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to develop concept and schematic design packages.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Experience writing design narratives and reports is a plus.
• Commitment to sustainable design practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts and design proposals for a range of building projects.
• Prepare concept and schematic design packages, including plans, elevations, diagrams, and presentation materials.
• Translate client briefs and project requirements into creative and practical design solutions.
• Produce high-quality design presentations and visualizations for internal and client reviews.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, MEP, landscape, and interior design professionals.
• Participate in design workshops, client meetings, and project presentations.
• Conduct site and contextual analysis to inform design strategies and project vision.
• Ensure designs comply with project requirements, applicable regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in design coordination throughout the early design stages of the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to the preparation of architectural reports, design narratives, and competition submissions where required.
• Stay up to date with emerging architectural trends, materials, and sustainable design practices.
