Mocozy Interior Solutions in Doha is seeking an ambitious Sales Engineer – Interior Fit-Out for Arabic-speaking clients. You will build relationships with homeowners, consultants, and contractors, understand project requirements, and present cost-effective interior finish options to close high-value projects.

The role requires 3–5 years in interior fit-out sales in Qatar or GCC, plus strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to read drawings, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong sales acumen.
• 3–5 years of interior fit-out sales experience in Qatar or GCC.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Able to read architectural drawings and project specs.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and build relationships with homeowners, consultants, architects, contractors, and developers.
• Meet clients in showroom and on-site to understand requirements, budget and objectives.
• Present interior fit-out solutions, materials, finishes, and options persuasively.
• Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Production and Project teams for smooth execution.
• Prepare quotations and cost estimates with design/commercial teams.
• Negotiate terms and close sales while protecting profitability.
• Maintain CRM records and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop repeat business and referrals through excellent service.
