Job summary

Mocozy Interior Solutions seeks an experienced Project Planning & Control Engineer to lead planning, monitoring and control of interior fit-out and turnkey projects in Doha. You will collaborate with Design, Commercial, Procurement, Logistics and Project Execution teams to meet schedules.

Responsibilities include baselines, master and detailed schedules, WBS, look-ahead planning, progress tracking and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in project planning and controls.
• PMP certification.
• Proven experience in interior fit-out or turnkey projects.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project/ ClickUp.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• GCC/Qatar experience preferred.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline, master and detailed project schedules.
• Prepare WBS covering full lifecycle from design to handover.
• Prepare weekly and look-ahead schedules.
• Monitor planned vs. actual progress across projects.
• Track design deliverables, procurement, production, and site execution.
• Identify delays and provide early warnings to management.
• Prepare recovery and acceleration plans when required.
• Maintain project risk, issue, delay, and action registers.
• Coordinate regular project progress and planning meetings.
