Qualifications

• Fluent in English is required; Arabic is a must.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls politely and professionally.
• Direct calls to guests, staff or other departments while protecting privacy.
• Place outgoing calls and keep records of calls and charges.
• Record chargeable calls if systems are down and post to guest invoices.
• Report telephone defects to technical support and assist with related admin tasks.
• Provide information about hotel services and upsell products where appropriate.
• Manage wake-up calls and paging for guests and colleagues.
• Coordinate conference calls and update reservations in systems.
