Job summary

Madre Integrated Engineering in Doha, Qatar is seeking a dedicated inventory and spares coordinator to maintain accurate records and oversee stock levels for critical spare parts. You will manage repairs, replacements, and disposal while ensuring proper documentation and approvals.

The ideal candidate has a diploma in logistics or related field with 4+ years in spares or inventory management, preferably in a technical environment, and familiarity with ITSM/CMDB systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years in spares, logistics, or inventory management.
• Experience in a technical or equipment-based environment preferred.
• Knowledge of inventory-management practices.
• Familiarity with ITSM and CMDB systems.
• Strong record accuracy and inventory-control skills.
• Good coordination and cost-awareness skills.
• Ability to comply with airport security, HSE, and cyber requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the spares register and ensure accurate inventory records.
• Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.
• Ensure critical hot-swap units are configured and readily available.
• Coordinate repair, replacement, and disposal of spare parts.
• Maintain provisional-sum records and monthly consumption reports.
• Coordinate airside and landside movement of spares as per required approvals.
• Support annual inventory audits and maintain proper documentation.
