Job summary

The role demands 5+ years in aviation safety, 2+ years supervisory certifying experience, and a strong understanding of AMC documentation and regulatory frameworks.

Qualifications

• 5 years practical aviation safety standards experience.
• 2 years supervisory experience with certifying privileges.
• 6 months experience on aircraft type in the last 2 years.
• Knowledge of Acceptable Means of Compliance (AMC) documentation set.

Responsibilities

• Lead Part 145 activities with compliance to the Exposition and procedures.
• Manage schedule adherence to the Maintenance Plan and report progress.
• Governance across the organisation to ensure compliance with Exposition and AMC.
• Oversee shift and resource plans to meet regulatory requirements and staffing needs.
• Support senior management with audits, improvements, and non-compliance resolutions.
• Ensure facilities and safety hazards are monitored and addressed.
