Job summary

BAE Systems in Qatar is seeking an AGE Electrical Supervisor to lead detailed maintenance and diagnostics in the AGE bay, ensuring airworthiness through proper task delegation and authorisation.

The role includes supervising staff, maintaining currency and recency in logs, and ensuring compliance with Part 145, AMC, ITAR, ISO, plus ongoing improvement of safety and efficiency within the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• Engineering Apprenticeship in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent.
• City & Guilds 2675 or 2661 Aeronautical Engineering and Maintenance.
• Minimum 2 years supervisor level experience.

Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed maintenance and supervision on electrical components in the AGE bay.
• Resolve faults and ensure work complies with the work package and approved information.
• Maintain task authorisation for AGE activities and ensure staff competency.
• Provide guidance to the team and manage on-time delivery against targets.
• Maintain log books and support OJT authorisation.
