Job summary

Minor Hotels is looking for a dedicated supervisor for the Banana Island Resort Doha adventure park. Key responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, training new team members, and maintaining operational records. A diploma in hospitality or a related field, along with strong leadership skills, is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in adventure parks or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of operational procedures.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the adventure park.
• Lead and support operational staff for excellent customer service.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and facilities.
