Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years supervisory experience in adventure parks, amusement parks, recreation facilities, hospitality, or similar environments.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and operational procedures.
• Leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and make decisions under pressure.
• First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily adventure park operations including rides, climbs, zip lines, and guest areas.
• Lead and schedule staff to ensure service excellence and safety compliance.
• Conduct daily safety inspections of equipment and facilities.
• Provide safety briefings and enforce park rules.
• Respond to incidents and guest concerns promptly.
• Monitor crowd flow and staffing during peak times.
• Train new team on procedures and emergency response.
• Maintain operational reports and maintenance logs.
• Coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure cleanliness and presentation across the park.
• Support ticketing, events and group activities.
• Assist management in achieving revenue and guest satisfaction targets.
