Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar position with a Luxury Hotel/resort.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods or perform light athletic activities.
• Ability to lead group activities such as games or fitness sessions.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operational procedures and checklists are followed.
• Prepare facilities and manage the pool's operational demands.
• Supervise the pool area and assist swimmers in difficulty.
• Perform maintenance duties and maintain cleanliness and hygiene.
• Provide emergency care and maintain activity reports.
