Job summary

Vistas Global is seeking a skilled account management professional to manage and develop long-term relationships with Oil & Gas and Engineering clients. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment delivery, onboarding, mobilization and deployment, while collaborating with recruitment teams to fulfill project-based manpower needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.

Job description

Manage and develop long-term relationships with assigned Oil & Gas and Engineering clients. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment delivery onboarding mobilization and workforce deployment. Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure timely fulfillment of technical and project-based manpower requirements. Monitor service delivery client satisfaction and operational performance against agreed service levels. Identify opportunities for account growth service expansion and workforce solutions. Coordinate with HR Operations PRO and Finance to support employee mobilization and lifecycle activities. Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation reports and performance metrics. Ensure compliance with company policies contractual obligations and client requirements. Proven expertise in Oil & Gas Staffing, Technical Recruitment, Workforce Solutions, and Outsourcing. Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, mobilization, and account operations. Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project staffing and workforce delivery objectives. Strong understanding of Oil & Gas, Engineering, Construction, and Industrial workforce requirements. Commercial awareness with the ability to identify account growth and business development opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Staffing, Technical Recruitment, Workforce Solutions, Outsourcing, or Manpower Services.
• Proven experience managing corporate or enterprise client accounts within the Oil & Gas, Energy, Engineering, or Industrial sectors.
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations, workforce planning, mobilization, and client service delivery.
• Experience handling technical recruitment for disciplines such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Instrumentation, Process, HSE, Construction, Maintenance, or Project Management is highly preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• GCC experience is highly preferred.
