Job summary

Vistas Global is seeking a skilled account management professional to manage and develop long-term relationships with Oil & Gas and Engineering clients. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment delivery, onboarding, mobilization and deployment, while collaborating with recruitment teams to fulfill project-based manpower needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in Oil & Gas Staffing or related fields.
• Experience managing corporate or enterprise client accounts.
• Strong understanding of recruitment operations and workforce delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop long-term relationships with Oil & Gas and Engineering clients.
• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment delivery, onboarding, mobilization and deployment.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
• Monitor service delivery, client satisfaction and performance vs SLAs.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and workforce solutions.
