  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.

  • Monitor and restock office supplies and consumables.
  • Assist with space planning and desk allocations.
  • Support health & safety compliance and emergency procedures.
Event Coordination
  • Assist in planning and executing internal events (e.g., town halls, team‑building activities, seasonal celebrations).
  • Coordinate logistics such as catering, room bookings, equipment setup, and guest lists.
  • Collaborate with HR and Communications teams to promote events and gather feedback.
  • Maintain an events calendar and budget tracking.
