AsaConstruction Site ManageryouwillreporttotheProjectManagerandberesponsibleforsupportingallareasofa project delivery and commissioning phase.

Asanintegralpartoftheprojectday-to-dayactivities,youwillassist withallaspectsofscheduling, organising, and tracking work.

Workingalongsideaprojectdeliveryteam(PM,Logistics,Subcontractors,Service,Client),youwillbe incredibly driven, dependable and passionate about understanding and pre-empting project delivery requirements, ensuring dependencies are unblocked.

TheConstruction Site Managerwill alsoberequiredtoparticipateinavarietyof areasincludingbut notlimitedtothe following:

• AttendanceatSitebasedmeetings
• Regionalresourceplanning
• Reportingonclient-basedsnagandprogresstrackingsystems
• Transactionprocessmanagementimprovement

ESSENTIALJOBFUNCTIONS

• WorkingwiththeProjectManagertointerpretandmanageinboundOEMdevicesandsite-based activities
• Maintainingschedulesasrequired
• Reportanyproblems/risksuncoveredtotheProjectManager
• Attendingmeetings&reviews, takingconciseandcomprehensivenotes,andpassinginformationtothe team and client as required
• Arrangingsubcontractorsanddeliveryteamsasrequired
• WorkingwithQAtoensureanyissuesareraisedand noted
• Undertakingrelevanton-the-jobtrainingwhererequiredandkeepup-to-datewithsiterequirements
• InstilagoodH&S environment
• Othertasksasrequired.
• BeaproactivememberoftheEMEAprojectsteamandattendmeetingsasrequired.
• Assistinidentifyingandimplementingimprovementinitiativestoreduceleadtimes,minimiseinventory and increase efficiency and profitability.
• Improvemanagementofsub-contractactivityincludingmaintenanceofpreferredsupplierstatusand performance measurement statistics, keeping subcontracts spend to a minimum.

• Performotherdutiesandoversepecialprojectsandassignmentsasdirectedbythe EMEAProjects Team.
