Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a French-Speaking Outbound Sales Expert to open business accounts for French-speaking clients by phone and email. You will work with warm leads, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, for a 40-hour workweek.

The role is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract with a path to permanent employment after two years. Training is provided, and health insurance, meal allowances, and vacation benefits are included.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00 (40 hours per week, with a 1-hour lunch break)

About the Role

Join the sales team of a fast-growing French tech company that helps small and medium businesses manage their finances. You will be responsible for opening business accounts for French-speaking clients by phone and email. You'll work with warm leads, so most of your calls are with people who already know the brand.

Responsibilities

• Make warm outbound calls to existing French-speaking clients
• Qualify leads and understand each client's needs
• Present products and book appointments for account activation
• Close sales when applicable
• Keep the CRM accurate and up to date

Requirements

• Native-level French, spoken and written
• Previous experience in outbound sales or sales prospecting is preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• A goal-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with CRM tools is preferred
• Right to live and work in Portugal
