Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking a native French speaker to join the outbound sales team. You will contact warm leads, present the offer and help convert conversations into new business accounts.

The role emphasizes prospecting by phone and email, lead qualification, CRM updates, and crossing targets. The position offers health insurance, meal allowances, and a weekday-only 40-hour schedule.

What You Will Do

Who You Are

• A native French speaker, with strong spoken and written skills
• Experienced in outbound sales, cold calling or lead generation (preferred, but motivated beginners with strong communication skills are welcome)
• Persuasive, confident and good at building relationships
• Driven by targets and results
• Comfortable with CRM tools (preferred)
• Legally allowed to live and work in Portugal
