Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a native French speaker to join our dynamic sales team. You will contact warm leads, introduce our offer, and convert conversations into new business accounts.

You will run outbound prospecting by phone and email, qualify leads, present the product, and book appointments. A successful candidate is persuasive, results-driven, comfortable with CRM, and legally allowed to work in Portugal.

Qualifications

• Native French speaker with strong written and spoken skills.
• Experience in outbound sales, cold calling or lead generation preferred.
• Persuasive, confident and good at building relationships.
• Target-driven and comfortable with KPI goals.
• Legally allowed to work in Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting by phone and email to French-speaking clients.
• Qualify leads and assess each business's needs.
• Present the product and book appointments for account activation.
• Close deals when the lead is ready and record every contact in the CRM.
• Record every contact in the CRM so the pipeline stays clean and up to date.

Who You Are

• A native French speaker, with strong spoken and written skills
• Experienced in outbound sales, cold calling or lead generation (preferred, but motivated beginners with strong communication skills are welcome)
• Persuasive, confident and good at building relationships
• Driven by targets and results
• Comfortable with CRM tools (preferred)
• Legally allowed to live and work in Portugal
