Inetum is seeking a Windows SysAdmin in Porto to design, implement and maintain workplace environments, ensuring stability, security, and ongoing improvements of endpoints and related services. You will handle advanced troubleshooting and collaborate across IT teams.

The role requires 5+ years in endpoint management, L3 support, and strong PowerShell automation, with fluency in English and knowledge of French as a plus. Inetum offers a dynamic, tech-driven environment in Portugal.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workplace/Endpoint Management environments.
• Proven L3 support experience in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory and GPOs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Office, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams).
• Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation skills.
• Experience with ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
• Strong troubleshooting, incident resolution, and root cause analysis.
• Experience supporting workplace transformation and migration initiatives.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.

As a Windows SysAdmin, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of Workplace environments, ensuring the stability, security, and continuous improvement of endpoints and related services.

Profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Workplace/Endpoint Management environments.
• Proven experience providing L3 Support in enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, SCCM/MECM, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and GPOs.
