HumanIT Digital Consulting in Lisbon is hiring a WMS IT Support Specialist for Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher. The role is hybrid with 3 days in the office, focusing on warehouse management system infrastructure support and cross-functional collaboration across IT and logistics teams.

You will handle SQL queries, system configuration, and incident management, ensuring high availability of the WMS across multiple partners and regions, while coordinating with IT infrastructure and logistics teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or above in IT, business administration, logistics, or a similar discipline
• Minimum 5 years of work experience, ideally international, with a strong focus on Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher warehousing system management
• Minimum 5 years of experience with JDA Dispatcher across at least 4 domains: WMS infrastructure support, WMS configuration, and Integrator
• Very good knowledge of SQL
• Ability to communicate clearly across different levels of abstraction depending on audience
• Ability to proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Strong team player, able to effectively influence technical teams
• Ability to act effectively under pressure and manage crisis situations
• Strong analytical judgment - evaluating information, identifying key issues, and forming sound, practical conclusions
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Service-minded, customer-driven approach with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily professional support for WMS infrastructure and Blue Yonder/JDA Dispatcher across multiple partners
• Coordinate with IT infrastructure, logistics, and regional IT warehouse project teams to ensure system availability
• Consult with requesting parties on technical questions and process definitions, and contribute to incident resolution
