Decskill is seeking a Windows Systems Administrator to join a Level 3 support team within a corporate IT environment, focusing on Windows infrastructure operations, stability, and continuous improvement.

You will manage Windows Server environments, patching, and security, support identity and access management, and collaborate with regional IT teams across Europe to ensure reliable services. Strong English skills and ability to work in international settings are required.

Qualificações

• Strong English, written and spoken.
• Experience with Windows Server, WSUS and automation tools.
• Experience with infrastructure scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, Python).
• Exposure to identity/access management and incident response.
• Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 3 support for Windows-based infra across European subsidiaries.
• Ensure stability, availability, and security of core infra services.
• Support and maintain automation platforms such as Ansible Tower.
• Monitor identity management (Centrify) and integrate with Linux environments.
• Perform infrastructure patching with compliance to standards.
• Produce detailed reports on patching and maintenance.
• Handle complex production incidents and service requests timely.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams for consistent service delivery.
• Contribute to improvement of the Windows infrastructure ecosystem.

We are looking for an Windows Systems Administrator!

Mission: We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join a Level 3 support team within a corporate IT environment, focusing on Windows infrastructure operations, stability, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 3 support for Windows-based infrastructure across multiple European subsidiaries.
• Ensure the stability, availability, and security of core infrastructure services, including identity, endpoint, and automation platforms.
• Support and maintain infrastructure automation platforms such as Ansible Tower.
• Monitor and support identity and access management solutions (e.g., Centrify), ensuring proper integration with Linux environments.
• Perform infrastructure patching activities, ensuring compliance with internal security and operational standards.
• Produce detailed reports on patching activities and infrastructure maintenance.
• Handle complex production incidents and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate with regional IT teams to ensure consistent service delivery and operational excellence.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and evolution of the Windows infrastructure ecosystem.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in English (written and spoken); basic knowledge of French is a plus.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure architecture, including networking, DNS, DHCP, and security principles.
• Deep knowledge of Windows infrastructure environments (Windows Server, WSUS, automation tools such as Ansible, identity management tools such as Centrify).
• Experience with infrastructure automation and scripting using PowerShell, Ansible, and/or Python.
• Experience with asset management tools such as BMC Discovery.
• Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Certification in Microsoft Windows automation with Ansible (e.g., Red Hat Certified Specialist) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with IT project methodologies, including planning, deliverables tracking, risk management, and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical topics into clear and concise language.
• Strong resilience and ability to perform under pressure in high-demand environments.
• Dynamic, adaptable, and capable of managing shifting priorities effectively.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration mindset in international environments.
• Good level of english.
