You should have hands-on experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, and patch management. The role emphasizes collaboration, change control, and continuous improvement across enterprise

Qualificações

• Experience administering enterprise Windows Server environments including Active Directory, domain controllers, clustering, and Group Policy management.
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform and infrastructure automation.
• Experience with enterprise patch management solutions, networking fundamentals, and secure remote administration.

Responsabilidades

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments for high availability and reliability.
• Manage Active Directory, domain controllers, GPOs, and multi-domain infrastructure.
• Automate infrastructure using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform and IaC best practices.
• Strengthen security through privileged access management, patching, vulnerability remediation, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on change management and incident resolution.

The Role

We're looking for a Windows System Administrator to join a complex enterprise environment where security, automation, and operational stability are top priorities. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and evolving large-scale Windows infrastructures, driving automation initiatives, and ensuring secure, compliant, and highly available systems across multiple domains.

Your Mission:

Windows Infrastructure Management: Administer, maintain, and optimize enterprise Windows Server environments, ensuring high availability, resilience, and operational excellence.

Identity & Access Services: Manage Active Directory, Group Policies, privileged access solutions, and identity-related services across multi-domain infrastructures.

Automation & Infrastructure as Code: Streamline infrastructure operations using PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, and Infrastructure as Code best practices.

Security & Compliance: Strengthen platform security through privileged access management, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and compliance with recognised security frameworks.

Operations & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support change management, incident resolution, infrastructure optimisation, and the continuous evolution of enterprise platforms.

What We Are Looking For:

Windows Expertise: Proven experience administering enterprise Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, domain controllers, clustering, and Group Policy management.

Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Ansible, Terraform, and infrastructure automation.

Infrastructure Management: Experience with enterprise patch management solutions, networking fundamentals, and secure remote administration.

Collaboration & Operations: Strong communication skills, experience working in structured enterprise environments, and familiarity with change management processes.
