The role involves supporting Windows services, Ansible Tower, AD and asset management, with collaboration across regional teams to maintain high availability and security. English proficiency is required, with French as a plus.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator in enterprise environments.

We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator to join an international IT infrastructure team responsible for supporting and evolving a large-scale Windows environment across multiple European locations.

This role focuses on Level 3 support, infrastructure operations, automation, security, and continuous improvement of enterprise Windows platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability, performance, and security of critical infrastructure services while working closely with regional IT teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 support for Windows infrastructure services and resolve complex incidents and service requests.
• Support and administer Ansible Tower environments and infrastructure automation initiatives.
• Ensure the stability, maintenance, and security of identity and endpoint management solutions.
• Perform infrastructure patching activities and produce detailed reporting on patch compliance.
• Support and monitor Active Directory-related services and integrations with Linux environments.
• Collaborate with regional teams to maintain infrastructure availability and service quality.
• Participate in infrastructure improvement projects and technical implementations.
• Contribute to documentation, operational procedures, and technical knowledge sharing.
• Support asset discovery and infrastructure inventory management processes.
• Assist with project planning, risk tracking, reporting, and technical delivery activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as a Systems Administrator in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Infrastructure and system administration.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure architecture, including:
• Networking
• DNS
• DHCP
• Security concepts
• Experience with:

• Active Directory
• Familiarity with infrastructure asset management and discovery solutions.
• Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI.

• Basic knowledge of French is considered an advantage.
