Job summary

TDCX is seeking a qualified psychologist to provide confidential counselling and mental health support to content moderation specialists in a fast-paced environment in Lisbon, Portugal. You will conduct individual and group sessions, develop wellness programs, and align with the Wellness Team and HR to promote workplace resilience.

Ideal candidates hold an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in psychology or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in wellness or counselling, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in wellness, counselling or related field.
• Strong understanding of counselling theory, stress management and workplace wellbeing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential counselling and psychological support to content moderation specialists.
• Implement regular assessment protocols and psychometric evaluations as required.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions addressing stress, burnout, and compassion fatigue.
• Develop and deliver mental health and wellness workshops tailored to moderators.
• Collaborate with Operational Management, Wellness Team, HR Business Partner and other units for a seamless wellbeing network.
• Stay updated on Best Practices in mental health support for high-stress roles.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
