Job summary

eTeam in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a Corporate Psychology Counsellor to provide mental health support to employees and promote emotional well-being within the organization.

The role focuses on workplace mental health, stress management, and work-life balance to enhance productivity and overall wellbeing. You will conduct confidential counselling, run workshops, offer crisis support, develop wellness resources, and connect staff with external professionals as needed.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Counselling, or related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Local professional membership certificate (OPP) or acknowledgement of membership application.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and counselling skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide confidential one-on-one counselling to employees.
• Conduct workshops and awareness sessions on mental health, stress management, resilience, conflict resolution, and work-life balance.
• Offer immediate emotional support during critical situations and facilitate referrals when required.
• Develop and implement employee wellness initiatives and resources.
• Connect employees with external mental health professionals and support services when necessary.
• Stay updated on current counselling practices and workplace psychology research.
