Decskill, part of the Astek Group, is growing in Lisbon, Portugal, and seeks an Application Production Support professional to maintain and support group applications in a banking environment. You will handle incidents, on-call rotations, analyze logs, and perform DR tests.

Technologies include Linux/Unix, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Autosys, MQ, Tomcat, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and data-reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Qualificações

• Experience providing L1/L2 Application Support in a banking environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident resolution skills.
• Expert knowledge of Linux/Unix and Shell Scripting.
• Expert knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• Familiarity with Cloud Computing, Dynatrace, Kubernetes, Docker, Ansible, and reporting tools like Power BI/Tableau.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Application Production Support for group applications and tools.
• Handle incidents, service requests, and application support activities.
• Work in shift rotations and participate in on-call support.
• Prioritize and deliver high-quality support to business teams by troubleshooting and resolving production issues.
• Analyze system, middleware, and application logs to identify and resolve potential issues.
• Monitor application services, generate reports, and drive continuous improvements in service quality and availability.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives by addressing recurring issues through problem management and automation.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery (DR) tests and Live Play exercises.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the stability and reliability of production applications.
