Job summary

Nimber, a Lisbon-based boutique tech consultancy, is building a brand new AI-powered outsourcing division and seeking a bold leader to build it from the ground up. You will design the strategy, processes, and service portfolio, lead engagements with top-tier clients, and recruit and mentor a team of AI specialists.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in IT consulting or managed services.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI solutions (automation, copilots, LLMs, RPA, ML models).
• Strong leadership and business development skills.
• Ability to work in English.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – build from scratch role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and shape our AI-driven service offering.
• Design the strategy, processes, and service portfolio for this new business line.
• Work directly with top-tier clients (banking, payments, tech) to deliver high-impact AI use cases.
• Recruit and mentor a team of tech consultants and AI specialists.
• Be the face of Nimber's AI transformation in the market.
