Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Warehouse Clerk to maintain efficient warehouse operations, focusing on inventory control, shipping and receiving, and ERP documentation. You will ensure accuracy in stock levels and compliance with safety standards while collaborating with sales and customer service to fulfill orders.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in warehousing, familiarity with Oracle JDE 8.12 or DSI, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; associate degree preferred in logistics or health care.
1-2 years in warehouse, logistics, or inventory management.
Experience with warehouse management systems and ERP software.
Familiarity with Oracle JDE 8.12 or DSI is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in records.

Responsibilities

Inventory control: regular checks to ensure stock accuracy.
Storage optimization to maximize space and organize stock.
Receiving goods: verify quantities and document incoming shipments.
Preparation of shipments: pick, pack, and ship per regulations.
Documentation maintenance: use ERP to record transactions and generate reports.
Safety and cleanliness: maintain safe warehouse workspace and dispose of hazards.
Equipment maintenance: inspect and report malfunctions of trolleys and pallet jacks.
Coordination: work with sales and customer service to fulfill orders.
Problem resolution: address inquiries and resolve issues with shipments and inventory.
