Job summary

Tilray Brands, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Technician to efficiently prepare and handle incoming and outgoing materials. The role includes weekly inventories, maintaining records, and ensuring safety and policy compliance across all warehouse activities.

The candidate should have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with knowledge of material handling equipment and proficiency in MS Office. A forklift license is preferred and a flexible schedule may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2 years relevant working experience.
• Knowledge of material handling equipment (dollies, forklifts, hand trucks, jacks, pallet trucks, wrapping machinery).
• Detail-oriented, cooperative and problem solver.
• Physically capable to stand, walk, bend and stoop during shifts.
• Proven ability to use Microsoft Office Applications.

Responsibilities

• Loading, unloading, sorting and moving shipments by hand or with equipment.
• Examining shipment contents and records to verify accuracy.
• Adherence to shipping/receiving policies and regulatory procedures.
• Prepare documents like work orders, bills of lading and shipping orders.
• Maintain shipping/receiving records for reporting and audit purposes.
• Track shipments to ensure timely receipt and resolve issues with damaged or non-conforming goods.
• Label and place returned or miss-shipment items appropriately.
• Maintain a clean receiving area and ensure proper storage of hazardous materials.
• Place purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Advise departments on lead times for products/services.
