Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, Logistics Network & Orchestration to lead cross-functional teams across a global supply chain. You will modernize processes on SAP S/4HANA and align with the Transcend IM Global Template Organization to enable scalable, end-to-end visibility and reduced operational risk.

You will connect processes and events across the network, collaborating with partners and experts to design reusable patterns and governance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience across logistics networks with depth in inventory or event visibility, orchestration, exception management, 3PL connectivity, or integration.
• Experience leading complex, large-scale global transformations across logistics, supply chain, digital, or process environments.
• Experience bringing operational and technology-enabled processes to life in a global organization.
• Experience translating enterprise strategy into global process standards, capability roadmaps, and governance decisions.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across geographies.
• Self-starter with strategic and innovative mindset.
• Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Global Logistics Network & Orchestration Template and its lifecycle.
• Ensure processes are integrated into the global template and documented end to end.
• Navigate design gaps, shape priorities, and make clear trade-off recommendations.
• Drive measurable enterprise value through adoption monitoring and continuous improvement.
