This role involves optimizing voice services and working with VoLTE architecture and signaling protocols in a hybrid work setup. The ideal candidate should have at least a BSc in Telecommunications and strong communication skills in both Portuguese and English. This position is under a contract until March 2026, with opportunities for ongoing engagement.

Qualificações

• Hands-on expertise in IMS and CS core networks.
• Experience working with telecom operators in customer-facing roles.
• Certifications from Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, or Cisco are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Operate and maintain IMS/CS Voice Core network components.
• Analyze and troubleshoot IMS voice flows and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
