Job summary

RISK inc, an international iGaming company, is seeking a VIP account manager in Portugal. You will communicate with high-value clients across messengers, live chat, email, and phone, and craft activation plans to drive ongoing retention.

Fluency in Ukrainian and Portuguese is required. Prior iGaming retention experience is a plus; you will handle significant wins/losses and resolve deposit issues, working with the team to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Languages: fluent Ukrainian and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Hands-on iGaming retention or VIP experience is a plus.
• Typing speed 200+ words per minute; able to handle 5–10 chats simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills for conflicts and demanding clients.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client accounts and create an activation plan for each client
• Monitor client activity daily and work on reactivation
• Handle significant wins and losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients
• Resolve issues with failed deposits and withdrawals
• Analyze client complaints and suggestions, and look for ways to improve customer experience
• Collaborate closely with the team: elevate product issues via tickets and follow up on their progress

What you will do

Monitor client activity daily and work on reactivation

Handle significant wins and losses of VIP and pre-VIP clients

Resolve issues with failed deposits and withdrawals

Analyze client complaints and suggestions, and look for ways to improve customer experience

Collaborate closely with the team: elevate product issues via tickets and follow up on their progress

What we expect

Languages: Ukrainian + Portuguese, both languages at a fluent level, with confident communication both verbally and in writing

Hands-on iGaming experience in retention, reactivation, or VIP account management will be a plus

Strong problem-solving skills: conflicts, significant losses, demanding clients

Typing speed of 200+ characters per minute, comfortable handling 5-10 chats simultaneously
