SIXT Lisbon Express seeks a Vendor Masterdata Administrator to join Corporate Procurement. You will create and update vendor master data across backend systems and the Procurement Platform, ensuring accuracy and compliance to support procurement operations.

You will act as a gatekeeper for sensitive data, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to data quality initiatives to mitigate financial risk. The role offers a hybrid working model in Lisbon with AI tools support.

• You are detail-oriented with a high level of quality awareness and an accurate working style.
• You have a general understanding of purchasing and invoicing processes.
• You communicate effectively with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues related to supplier details.
• You are proficient in MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Create and update vendor master data in backend systems and Procurement Platform, ensuring compliance.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring sensitive data is stored accurately across systems to mitigate financial risk.
• Support data quality initiatives to maintain up-to-date master data.
• Communicate with stakeholders and occasionally with suppliers to resolve supplier details issues.
• Assist with various aspects of supplier management to enhance procurement operations.
