Sixt Research Development Services, Lda. is seeking a Vendor Masterdata Administrator to maintain accurate vendor data across cores systems and the Procurement Platform. You will ensure data integrity, support procurement processes, and collaborate with stakeholders in a hybrid Lisbon environment.

The role emphasizes compliance, issue resolution with suppliers, and contributing to efficient invoice workflows while leveraging MS Office tools.

• Create and update vendor master data in backend systems and Procurement Platform, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring sensitive data is stored accurately to mitigate financial risk.
• Communicate with stakeholders and suppliers to resolve issues related to supplier details
• Support data quality initiatives to maintain up-to-date master data
• Assist with supplier management to enhance procurement operations
