Sixt Research Development Services, Lda. is seeking a Vendor Masterdata Administrator to maintain accurate vendor data across cores systems and the Procurement Platform. You will ensure data integrity, support procurement processes, and collaborate with stakeholders in a hybrid Lisbon environment.

The role emphasizes compliance, issue resolution with suppliers, and contributing to efficient invoice workflows while leveraging MS Office tools.

Join our Corporate Procurement team at SIXT as a Vendor Masterdata Administrator and contribute to the smooth operation of our procurement processes. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date master data across all relevant platforms, helping to minimize financial risks and improve the efficiency of procurement and invoice processes. By ensuring data integrity, you will play a key role in supporting the stability and growth of our company.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You are responsible for creating and updating vendor master data in our backend systems and Procurement Platform, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• You act as a quality gatekeeper, ensuring sensitive data is stored accurately across all systems to mitigate financial risk
• You communicate effectively with stakeholders and occasionally with suppliers to resolve any issues related to supplier details
• You support data quality initiatives to maintain up-to-date master data
• You assist with various aspects of supplier management to enhance procurement operations
