Amazon is seeking an Early Talent Area/Shift Manager to lead a large, diverse team at our Valencia site. You’ll drive safety, productivity and delivery of customer service, while modelling a culture of continuous improvement.

You’ll monitor performance, implement corrective actions, collaborate with other managers, and manage daily operations across shifts, ensuring standards and readiness for the business.

Qualificações

• Completed University degree before the start date OR graduated within the last 24 months.
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language.
• Relevant experience in performing data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing.
• Analyse and implement corrective actions to ensure quality and productivity across all shifts.
• Support and lead a team and handle administrative work while building a strong team culture.
• Analyse performance and suggest process improvements to optimise work and customer service.
• Collaborate with other managers to standardise shift processes.
