Siemens Mobility is seeking an experienced User Experience & Service Design professional to audit and improve the employee experience of Office IT Services. You will act as an independent auditor, identify gaps, and collaborate with service owners to implement improvements.

You will map journeys, define standards, and drive data‑driven enhancements across the complete service lifecycle, embracing AI‑driven insights to boost adoption and satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Service Design, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX, Service Design, Employee Experience, Digital Workplace, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience creating user journeys, personas, service blueprints, and experience maps.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and ability to translate complex tech into intuitive UX.

Responsabilidades

• Audit and improve Office IT Services employee experience.
• Act as independent experience auditor with evidence-based recommendations.
