Siemens Mobility is seeking a User Experience Expert to shape employee experiences across Office IT Services. You will design intuitive journeys, create personas, and collaborate with service owners to ensure services are easy to use and adopted across the organization.

With a strong focus on human-centered design and AI-enabled insights, you will translate complex technologies into clear, engaging experiences for a global workforce in a hybrid setup.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Service Design, or related field.
• At least 3 years in UX, Service Design, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design methodologies.
• Experience creating user journeys, personas, service blueprints, and experience maps.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience designing and executing employee communication and adoption activities.
• Ability to translate complex technologies into simple experiences.
• Experience in large global organizations.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Create end-to-end user journeys and service blueprints.
• Shape employee-centric service experiences across the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with service owners and technical teams to embed user-centric principles.
• Define and execute employee communication and adoption strategies.
• Measure experience, adoption, and satisfaction with analytics.
