Job summary

Faurecia seeks a Troubleshooting / QSS specialist for the Santa Maria da Feira region to manage crisis situations in the supply chain and coordinate urgent transport flows. You will arbitrate plant priorities, ensure proper documentation, and trigger on-time deliveries with carriers and suppliers.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree in related fields, SAP and TMS knowledge, and strong multi-cultural communication.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in industrial, transport, or supply-chain management is required.
Experience in transport operations or material planning is preferred.
Excellent communication with customers, carriers and team members.

Responsibilities

Monitor and manage crisis situations in supply chain and urgent transport flows.
Arbitrate priorities between plants and coordinate urgent procurements/shipments.
Ensure documentation for inbound deliveries and manifests is accurate.
Maintain up-to-date logistics data and report on KPIs.
Collaborate with purchasing, sales and traffic schedulers to ensure on-time delivery.
