CB Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is hiring a Turkish & English Customer Service Specialist – AI Content Evaluation on-site. The role requires Turkish native proficiency and strong English (min B2) to support AI content evaluation workflows.

You will review content, apply guidelines, and maintain accuracy while meeting targets. Relocation assistance is provided; base salary €920 gross per month (paid 14 times per year) plus a daily meal allowance of €7.63.

Schedule: Full-time, 24/7 rotative shifts (5 working days, 2 rotative days off per week)

Key Responsibilities

• AI Content Evaluation: Review and evaluate structured text, datasets, and AI-generated content to ensure optimal quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Guideline Application: Consistently interpret and apply complex guidelines and policies across various tasks.
• Performance & Precision: Maintain high accuracy standards while meeting productivity targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Requirements

• Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Turkish with strong written communication, plus working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• AI & QA Interest: A solid understanding of Generative AI and LLMs, or a background in AI annotation/evaluation, Quality Assurance (QA), or Trust & Safety is highly desirable.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and sharp attention to detail.

Salary & Compensation

• Base Salary: €920 gross/month (paid 14 times per year)
