CB Talents in Lisbon, Portugal, is hiring a Turkish & English Customer Service Specialist to work on-site in a fast-paced AI content evaluation team. You will review AI-generated content, ensure quality and safety, and apply guidelines with precision.

This full-time role requires native Turkish with strong written English (min B2), and offers a base salary of €920 gross per month (paid 14 times per year), plus a daily food allowance and a relocation package to Lisbon.

Schedule: Full-time, 24/7 rotative shifts (5 working days, 2 rotative days off per week)

Key Responsibilities

• AI Content Evaluation: Review and evaluate structured text, datasets, and AI-generated content to ensure optimal quality, accuracy, and safety.
• Guideline Application: Consistently interpret and apply complex guidelines and policies across various tasks.
• Performance & Precision: Maintain high accuracy standards while meeting productivity targets in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Requirements

• Language Skills: Native-level proficiency in Turkish with strong written communication, plus working proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
• AI & QA Interest: A solid understanding of Generative AI and LLMs, or a background in AI annotation/evaluation, Quality Assurance (QA), or Trust & Safety is highly desirable.
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills, critical thinking, and sharp attention to detail.

Salary & Compensation

• Base Salary: €920 gross/month (paid 14 times per year)
• Food Allowance: €7.63 per working day
