Job summary

Forvia Faurecia, líder em mobilidade sustentável, procura um Treasury Trainee para apoiar as operações de tesouraria em Aveiro. O estágio envolve registar operações bancárias em SAP, preparar relatórios de tesouraria e apoiar o reporting de cash diário e mensal.

Requisitos incluem grau em Economia/Finanças ou áreas afins, competências avançadas em MS Office, SAP é um plus, e inglês obrigatório; conhecimentos de francês, alemão ou espanhol valorizados.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Registar operações bancárias no SAP e preparar reconciliações bancárias.
• Apoiar a elaboração do Direct Cash Report (real e forecast) mensalmente.
• Apoiar o cash management reporting em XRT, incluindo cálculo e reporte de previsões de posição diária de tesouraria.
• Analisar desvios entre relatórios de caixa reais e orçados.
• Apoiar operações de factoring e reconciliações associadas.
• Controlar, reportar e registar transações de empréstimos internos.
• Monitorizar e controlar débitos diretos.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Book bank transactions in SAP and prepare bank reconciliations.
• Support the preparation of the Direct Cash Report (actual and forecast) on a monthly basis.
• Assist with cash management reporting in XRT, including calculation, monitoring and reporting of daily cash position forecasts.
• Analyze variances between Actual and Forecast Cash Reports.
• Support factoring operations and related reconciliations.
• Control, report and book internal loan transactions.
• Monitor and control direct debits.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

Qualifications

• No previous professional experience required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related areas (preferred).
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• SAP knowledge is a plus.Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Knowledge of French, German or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
