Forvia, a sustainable mobility technology leader, invites applications for a customer accounts support role focused on accounts receivable management. You will prioritize high-impact items, join conferences with customers and internal teams to secure commitments, and help resolve billing and process issues to facilitate timely payments.

The role requires a degree in Economics/Management/Accounting, strong English and communication skills, and the ability to work in an international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer account support and resolve receivables issues.
• Prioritize receivables to focus on high-impact items.
• Attend conference calls with customers and internal contacts for commitments and AR strategies.
• Assist in resolving customer issues including process, disputes, and billing for undisputed balances.
• Collaborate on process improvements in the Customer-to-Cash cycle.
• Support productivity and transformation initiatives.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Customer account support;
• Prioritize the receivables base to ensure the highest impact items get focus;
• Be present on conference calls with customers and internal contacts to obtain commitments and accounts receivable resolution strategies;
• Assist in resolving customer issues, including process issues, disputes, and billing, to facilitate customer payment of undisputed balances;
• Collaborate on recommendations for process improvements focusing on the Customer-to-Cash cycle;

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Degree in Economics/Management/Accounting or Equivalent,
