Qualifications

• Ensino médio ou curso profissional relacionado.
• Capacidade de comunicação em inglês; conhecimento de francês é um plus.
• Boas competências informáticas (MS Office).
• Aptidão numérica complexa e organização burocrática; trabalho em equipa e gestão de tempo.

Responsibilities

• Executar corretamente todas as tarefas no ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning).
• Apoiar no lançamento de faturas no ERP e no acompanhamento de receções; Apoiar na análise de despesas.
• Gerir pedidos de créditos/débito aos fornecedores e encaminhá-los ao contacto correto.
• Apoiar a gestão de adiantamentos de caixa.
• Apoiar na gestão de incongruências de quantidade e preços com departamentos internos e com fornecedores.
• Enviar faturas sem receção no sistema aos correspondentes de cada fábrica.
• Arquivar faturas.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Be able to correctly perform all tasks in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning);
• Support in launching invoices in ERP and follow-up of receptions; Support in expenses analysis;
• Be able to manage requests for credits/debits to suppliers and forward them to the right contact;
• Support the management of cash advances;
• Support in the management of quantity and prices incongruities with internal departments and with suppliers;
• Send invoices without reception in the system to the correspondents of each factory;
• Archive invoices;

Your profile and competencies to succeed

High school or professional course related

Ability to communicate in English, Knowledge of French is a Plus,

Good computer skills (MS Office),

Complex Numerical and Bureaucratic Aptitude; teamwork and time management skills.

Salary Range: EUR 15K - 17K
