Job summary

Forvia seeks an early-career finance professional in Portugal (Aveiro area) to support cash management, bank reconciliations and reporting processes. The role offers hands-on experience with SAP, Direct Cash Reports, and daily cash forecasting within a global automotive group.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance/Accounting, strong MS Office skills, and fluent English. French/German/Spanish are a plus; join a diverse, training-focused environment and start your career

• Support factoring operations and related reconciliations.
• Control, report and book internal loan transactions.
• Monitor and control direct debits.

Your Mission, Roles And Responsibilities

• Responsibilities
  • Book bank transactions in SAP and prepare bank reconciliations.
  • Support the preparation of the Direct Cash Report (actual and forecast) on a monthly basis.
  • Assist with cash management reporting in XRT, including calculation, monitoring and reporting of daily cash position forecasts.
  • Analyze variances between Actual and Forecast Cash Reports.
  • Support factoring operations and related reconciliations.
  • Control, report and book internal loan transactions.
  • Monitor and control direct debits.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Qualifications
  • No previous professional experience required.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related areas (preferred).
  • Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • SAP knowledge is a plus.Good communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Knowledge of French, German or Spanish will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Salary Range: EUR 15K - 17K
