A Forvia Faurecia, líder em mobilidade sustentável, procura um Helpdesk Trainee para atuar em Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal). Trabalhará junto de uma equipa internacional, prestando suporte de TI a utilizadores em diferentes países.

O programa oferece formação prática, exposição a várias áreas – compras, finanças, TI, vendas e produção – e oportunidades de desenvolvimento de carreira. Requisitos: inglês fluente; capacidade de comunicar em francês ou alemão.

Formación

• Desejo de aprender e aplicar as mais recentes técnicas de suporte ao utilizador.
• Fluência em inglês.
• Capacidade de comunicar em francês ou alemão.
• Disposto a ingressar numa equipa multidisciplinar.

Responsabilidades

• Fornecer suporte de TI em várias áreas (ferramentas colaborativas; acesso a aplicações; Email; segurança).
• Registar ocorrências para manter a qualidade do suporte.
• Colaborar em tarefas de suporte funcional a aplicações em áreas como compras, finanças, TI, vendas ou produção.
• Gerenciar acessos a várias aplicações.
• Contribuir para a elaboração de processos técnicos e documentação.

Your mission, roles and responsibilities

Our IT Department is looking for a Helpdesk Trainee to be based in Santa Maria da Feira (Portugal).

The Helpdesk Trainee role is to support users on all of our IT systems.

The Main missions:

• Provide IT support in various domains (collaborative tools; access to applications; Email; security applications, etc.) to colleagues working in different countries;
• Recording occurrences in order to maintain control on the quality of support;
• Collaborate in functional support tasks to applications in various domains such as purchasing, finance, IT, sales or production;
• Managing accesses to various applications;
• Support in the elaboration of technical processes and respective documentation.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Willing to join a multidisciplinary team;
• Willing to learn and apply the latest user support techniques;
• Fluent in English;
• Ability to communicate in French or German.
