Prestige Talent in Porto, Portugal seeks a skilled Construction Manager to oversee projects on a contract basis. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, develop plans, monitor progress and ensure safety and quality.

The role requires a degree in Civil Engineering, proven CM experience, blueprints literacy, and strong communication and negotiation skills. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors and report to senior management.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques and materials.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
